Executive Vice-President, Chief Strategy Officer

Frank Rana had served as Senior Vice-President, Finance and Assistant Secretary since 2015. On April 10, 2024, Frank was named Executive Vice-President, Chief Strategy Officer and is a member of the leadership team driving the Company’s growth strategy. He has been an integral part of the senior management team since the Company’s initial public offering with a focus on finance operations, business acquisitions, banking, and risk management.

A graduate of Concordia University, Frank spent the first six years of his career in public accounting before joining Dorel in 1987.
