Senior Vice-President, Finance

Jayson Walter Kwasnik, previously Vice-President of Internal Audit and Compliance of Dorel Industries Inc. for over 20 years, on April 10, 2024 has been named Senior Vice President, Finance. Jayson is a senior-level executive with over 25 years’ experience in finance, risk management, compliance and governance and has worked with high growth international companies in the consumer products and entertainment industries. Prior to joining Dorel, he was with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu’s Growth Solutions practice in Sydney, Australia.

A Certified Professional Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor, Jayson earned a Bachelor of Commerce, Honors (Accounting) from the Edwards School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts & Science, Honors (Political Science and Sociology) from the University of Saskatchewan.
